Shortly before their wedding, the sweet-natured but prude couple Brad Majors and Janet Weiss plan to visit an old friend. Their car gets stuck along the way on a rainy night, however, forcing them to take shelter at the castle of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, the self-styled “sweet transvestite from transsexual Transylvania”. The eccentric doctor and his no less eccentric servants turn Brad and Janet’s wholesome world completely upside down, forcing them to face their sexual inhibitions.

No film is more deserving of the label “cult classic” than The Rocky Horror Picture Show. With its affectionate homage to countless B movies, its killer soundtrack, and its celebration of being different, this heady mix of science fiction, horror, and rock musical became a midnight favourite that continues to inspire fans from all over the world even 50 years after its premiere. Audience participation explicitly encouraged!

Those appearing in costume receive a free drink.
